Weekly Wellness is a 7-day journal was designed to help you prioritize time for more presence in your life. Each day you are presented with a 2-page spread all featuring a myriad of mindfully interactive tasks to complete. Small but filled to the brim with spaces to simply write, answer journal prompts, track your mood, set goals and intentions for the week, create vision boards, spend time reflecting, practice gratitude, partake in some fun mindfulness activities and create our very own affirmations. There are even a few pages of stock photos to use for the slightly more creative endeavours should you wish.
