What are Community Wellness Sessions?
If you are seeking to mitigate your mental/emotional distress but are unsure of where or how to start, then look no further. Here at MyEirene Ltd, we offer group mindful wellness sessions aimed at showing you the ropes and guiding you on how to navigate the magnificant, wide world of mindfulness. These drop-in style sesssions are relaxed, informal and slower-paced, designed to cover a different type of mindfulness each week. So, if you only want or need to learn about one or two practices in particular, then you can book onto those specific sessions as you please. Please see our weekly schedule for session details.
Wellness sessions are split into ‘student’ and ‘non-student’ in order to provide better, more relevant services for everyone involved as each demographic have differing areas of concern.
